We will be able to purchase food from the cafeteria downstairs (It’s yummy – I promise. Personal recommendation goes to the wrap line!) If we choose to do so, I recommend arriving at 11:30 to make sure we have time and are able to sit down. We can choose to have a combination of members bringing lunch and buying.

Ashley Olson will meet you all at the front entrance (1701 N. Towanda Ave.) at the designated time and bring you downstairs. If you arrive before she does, her extension is 3440. Or she may be in the Annex, whose extension is 6343.

We have exactly 16 seats available. I will need a list of names to give to the receptionist the morning of the 27th. I would like to have a list the week prior so we can see if we need to reach out to others to fill the seats.
