Welcome to the Organizational Leadership Club Webpage at Illinois State University!  We are a new club here at the COB (College of Business) and accept all majors! As students at Illinois State University, it is important to realize that everyone is a leader and will become one in their lifetime regardless if it is a job, family, school, and a whole world of other things!
